Build do-follow backlinks with She Told Me
I joined She Told Me a while back for backlinking purposes. She Told Me is on my list of top sites to use to backlink articles and earn more passive income from freelance writing. I’ve noticed an increase in web traffic since I started using the site. I like She Told Me because it’s quick and easy. If you’re familiar with article marketing, you know how boring and time consuming it can be, but it’s essential for increasing web traffic to make money writing.
She Told Me is free and most importantly, they share Adsense revenue with you. If you’re going to use article marketing methods to promote your freelance writing efforts, you might as well get paid for it. I will admit though that I’ve barely earned any Adsense money from the site, but I don’t care because that’s not the reason I go on there. The extra Adsense money is a bonus if it happens.
Shetoldme helps increase your article’s performance in the search engines, because your backlinks are do follow. She Told Me articles are called “scoops” and they should be at least 200 words, but I write at least 400 words to get noticed by the search engines more.
I like She Told Me because you don’t have to install a tool bar, or participate in the site’s community to get backlinks, like some of the other bookmarking sites. You’re also not required to rate other writers scoops in order for your article to do well, which is a huge advantage. Googles seems to like Shetoldme scoops and they get indexed usually the same day if you write them long enough. The owner of the site has stated that scoops less than 250 words will not have much weight in the search engines.
Creating backlinks on She Told Me is easy. Add the URL for the article you’re linking too, add your title, write the scoop and hit the publish button. Be sure to add tags to the tags field. The big advantage is that the actual scoop title text itself links to the original article. This creates anchor text, which works well for SEO purposes.
Add your Google Adsense publisher ID to your She Told Me account and earn 100% ad revenue. You earn Adsense revenue directly through your Adsense account, not She Told Me. You can rate other members scoops and receive ratings in return if you want too. If you get high ratings and comments, your scoop could end up on the front page of the site and receive maximum exposure. The cool thing is that you can give each of your own scoops a score of 2 right off the bat.
I will continue using Shetoldme to promote every article I write online. The site has increased quite a bit in popularity and their ranking has increased in the search engines. If you’re looking for a new site to add to your list of backlinking sites, check it out. You can sign up here.

Thanks for stopping by. SheToldMe is definitely worth the time. I still use it to bookmark articles and blog posts to get dofollow backlinks. On SheToldMe, I have found that it’s best to write an original article though and make it at least 4oo words so you can get the most out of its performance in the search engines.
