CashCrate: Safe Paid Surveys and Trial Offers

CashCrate is a free site where you can earn easy money online by taking paid online surveys and completing trial offers. On CashCrate,  most of the money is made completing paid trial offers, since the surveys usually pay only $.80 and they only give you two per day. Most of the paid trial offers and surveys on CashCrate are available only for people living in the United States.

The check further down the page here is a payment I received from CashCrate. It’s not much, but I wanted to show that the site is real and not a scam.

If you were to complete paid offers frequently on CashCrate, you could definitely earn a reasonable side income. Personally, I don’t really enjoy making money online from surveys and offers, but the potential is there for those who do.

CashCrate is safe to use and that’s one of the most important considerations to make if you want to make money online from survey sites. To make money online with CashCrate, first open a free account. After signing up, go to the “complete offers” section and select “cash offers”. They provide helpful tutorials.

Select the 100% free cash offers option and take a look at the pay out amounts for each of them. There’s usually at least fifteen pages of available paid trial offers to choose from. The earning potential for all the available offers is at least $250, but probably more.

The 100% free cash offers usually provide lower pay outs of $.40 to $3. There are also trial offers with $3 – $25 compensation, but you will have to pay a fee for those.

On CashCrate, use the sort feature on the cash offers page to sort out the trial offers based on the cost, name, pay out and whether it’s new or not. When you find an offer that you want to complete, just select the title and it will take you to the offer form. When you complete these offers, you will have to provide your actual name, email and mailing address, but don’t use your primary email, otherwise you’ll get hosed with spam.

The offers on CashCrate are safe, but if you sign up with your credit card to complete them, you must remember to cancel the free trial memberships before they expire. If a company mails products to your home, as part of the free trial period, you may also need to return all or some of those items to avoid being charged, so keep that in mind. Before you complete any offers, click on the terms for cancellation.

Besides making money online from paid offers, you can also earn points and use them to receive gift cards. They also have cool stuff like video games and iPod’s, but they require a lot of points in order to receive them. In order to get points, go to the “complete offers” section and select “points offers”.  The cost to earn points varies from $1 - $9.99.

Receive cash back from shopping. I have never done this before, but if you like to do a lot of shopping online, CashCrate claims to provide the highest cash back percentages on the Internet. After you purchase the item, the cash back rebate will be applied to your CashCrate account. The payment threshold is $20 and it’s paid once a month by check.

So is CashCrate worth your time? Yes and no. Although they are referred to as a survey site, they mostly provide paid offers. It is possible to earn hundreds of dollars from this site, but only if you would enjoy completing offers.

In order to the make the most money here, you need to use your credit card and remember to cancel offers before the trial ends. CashCrate is a safe site to use and probably one of the best sites on the Internet for paid market research. CashCrate is not going to make you a millionaire, but it’s another way to earn some extra money online.
